Fire Resistant Belt

Fire Resistant Belt is specifically designed to prevent fire from spreading over the entire belt The self-extinguishing design of this belt offers best service conditions for coal mining industries. To ensure these fire retardant properties, our product undergoes various lab tests.

It is suitable for mining, power plant, electric utilities and coal cleaning plants, which are usually prone to get damaged by fire at blast furnaces We provide different rubber compounds in accordance with its requirement. This belt possesses various characteristics like high tensile strength, anti-static rubber surface, Fire Resistant, abrasion and corrosion resistant.

FR-MOR

This is fire resistant with medium oil, resistance in accordance to USMSHA (Mine Safety & Health Administration). It is recommended for typical applications like oil treated coal and grain industries requiring fire and oil resistance and static conductivity with lower resistance that 1MQ.


FR-SBR

This is fire resistant rubber cover in accordance to USMSHA requirements (Mine Safety & Health Administration). It is highly resistant to wear and cold.


FR-GR

This is specially compounded SBR rubber cover for under-ground operations requiring fire resistance and static conductivity. The important characteristic is self extinguishable rubber cover.
