General Conveyor Belt
There are two types of fabrics used in conveyor belt construction namely polyester and nylon. They are highly impact and damage resistant and are suitable for transportation of materials like ore, crushed stones, grain, sand etc. We use combination of both the fabrics to make best use of their properties.
Nylon Fabric (NN) Conveyor Belt:
Nylon Fabric Conveyor Belt possesses high strength, elasticity, impact and bending resistance. This type of belt is appropriate for heavy wear and tear conditions and medium and long distance transportation under large impact. It is used for various applications like coal washery, tunnels transportation, timber processing, ship unloader, waste disposal and recycling etc. Nylon Fabric Conveyor Belt is exceptionally shock & impact resistant to the carrying surface and possesses the ability to run on smaller diameter pulleys. Its excellent trough ability, flexibility, high resistance to water and mildew and superior ability in faster holding makes this conveyor belt a preferred choice. It transports loose and lump materials under typical working conditions and are generally used in strip mines, quarries, cement plants and metallurgy. It is available in eight different grades namely, NN100, NN120, NN150, NN200, NN250, NN300, NN350 and NN400 with different tensile strength, tension rating and gauge per ply with skin coat. NN400 retains maximum working tension rating of 33.3 kg/cm-ply and approximately 2.0 mm of gauge per ply with skin coat.
Polyester Fabric (EP) Conveyor Belt:
The combination of polyester in warp and nylon in filling provides technically low-stretch and high impact abuse resistance. This type of conveyor belt uses polyester canvas as carcass and possesses high tensile strength, outstanding dimensional stability, low elongation and high impact resistance. It also provides complete protection against mildew and water.
Polyester Fabric Conveyor Belt is mainly used in harsh condition of long distance and is suitable for transporting in moist environment. It is available in eight different grades namely, EP100, EP125, EP150, EP200, EP250, EP300, EP350 and EP400 with different tensile strength, tension rating and gauge per ply with skin coat.
EP400 retains maximum working tension rating of 40.0 kg/cm-ply and approximately 2.0 mm of gauge per ply with skin coat. Carcass grade for polyester and nylon fabric conveyor belts varies accordingly for both the products.

General Light Duty Service
Common Reference : DIN-Z:
Very economical for moderately abrasive / small size material
Medium Abrasion Resistance
Common Reference: DIN-Y, N, RMA 2, BS - N 17, AS - N, JIs - G:
Recommended for moderate abrasion resistance applications, mostly above ground. Regularly used for transportation of Coal, crushed ores, limestone, bauxite, sand, cements etc...
High Abrasion Resistance
Common Reference: DIN-X, M, RMA 1, BS - M 24, AS-M, JIS - S:
Excellent abrasion resistance against cutting, gouging, heavy impact, during transportation of heavy rocks, sharp stones and highly abrasive materials.
Super Abrasion Resistance
Common Reference: DIN-W:
Recommended in extremely abrasive applications such as Copper & gold ore, sinter, coke. It provides high resistance without increasing cover thickness and weight of the belt. Oil Resistant (OR) & Moderately Oil Resistant (MOR):
Specifically used for transportation of specific materials with high / moderate concentration of animal or vegetable fats. The special compound used in the covers, avoids damage / swelling of belt also during transportation of material with pine oil, wood oil, olive oil, petroleum etc....
